History
The Bugatti marque was
"resurrected" by Romano Artioli in 1987. How much he payed for the rights to the
Bugatti name and logo is a well kept secret.
The first car to be produced was the EB110 in 1991, production of the EB110S was begun in
1992. EB110 refers to the 110 years since the birth of Ettore Bugatti in 1881. Location of
manufacture: Campogalliano, Modena, Italy. A factory designed by the architect Giampaolo
Benedini. Modena is also the town where Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and De Tomaso are
all produced. The Bugatti EB110 body was styled by Marcello Gandini.
